  1. Smoking cigarettes
  2. Drinking more than 8-and-a-half shots worth of alcohol per week
  3. Eating fewer than three servings of fruits and vegetables a day
  4. Getting less than two hours of exercise per week

A “serving” is often considered to be one half cup.
