Mozilla spent a lot of time cleaning up the internal workings of Firefox. The result is that Firefox 3 has far fewer memory leaks and is much faster. This has also rendered some extensions temporarily incompatible. There are some security risks, but you can hack Firefox 3 to use older extensions you just can’t live without. Use at your own risk:
