A GOOD friend recently baked me a box of ginger cookies and gave me the recipe. To avoid losing that recipe and pass it on, I am posting it here.
Yum!

yayyy
adding a little more oil, if you’re not against that, will make the cookies a leetle tastier and easier to get off the sheet… using stevia instead of sugar also works as a substitute.
How much stevia? Did you put chocolate chips in some of the cookies?
Damn… What I’m sending you isn’t topping that….

I forgot how much- I made a variation of cookies with stevia ages ago, and since I don’t like stevia I never re-made them (but other people loved that batch). I did put choco chips in some of the cookies… I would have made a batch of ginger-choco, but I ran out of choco =/
